Hello everyone....

 

Firstly i'd like to introduce myself, my name is Susan Young and im a very enthusicatric hobby breeder of the beautiful giant continental rabbit here at forever young's bunnies, im also a BRC registered breeder. I plan to start showing my gorgeous bunnies in the very near future. The sale of my bunnies is non profit making as all money from sales goes straight back into the upkeep, enrichment and healthcare of all the bunnies.

 

I have always kept rabbits all my life  since as far back as i can possibly remember and have owned many differant breeds over the years but i'd always admired and wanted a giant continental rabbit, there shear size, those beautiful ears and there wonderful kind and gentle nature. Once i owned my first giant continental i was well and truely hooked and well the rest as they say is hisory..

These gentle giants simple just stole my heart from day one as each and everyone of them are so individual and have such unique personalities which never cease to amaze me and make me smile.

 

All of my rabbits are pets/companions first, i never overbreed or interbreed  as my main aim in breeding them is to keep the breed as pure and as healthy as i possibly can so free from genetic problems caused by such. these are not just my pets but an extention to my family and are spoilt rotten..

 

All bunnies are brought up in a family enviroment and handled and socialised from a early age so that i know when they leave here each and every bunny will be easy to handle and be friendly making it easier for the new owner. All kits are handled by both my children and allowed to mix with my other pets, i also get them used to noises making them less timid.. a lot of care, time and attention goes into the care and upbringing of each and every bunny, and the reason why i do it is simple.... because i love them..
